Read these Expectations thoroughly:
There is a time and a place for many things. Trek is not the time or place for engaging in romantic behavior, playing pranks, or having conversations regarding politics, unrevealed doctrine, or other sensitive topics. Remember, you are a guest at trek and you have committed to follow the Savior's example. Everything and everyone should be better because they are at trek. No use of electronic devices while on Trek.
Involvement in any of these could result in your being sent home. Parents/Guardians will be responsible to pick you up from trek.
1. Participating in or encouraging immoral behavior of any kind, which includes breaking the law of chastity and viewing pornography in any form.
2. Theft or vandalism of any kind, using matches, a lighter, or starting a fire.
3. Breaking the Word of Wisdom, including vaping or possessing illegal or harmful substances.
4. Possession of weapons, firearms, or fireworks of any kind.
5. Doing anything harmful to yourself or others physically, spiritually, or emotionally, including any form of bullying or disruption of other's trek experience. Keep language clean and uplifiting. If what you are about to say or do is not kind, do not say or do it!
6. Respectfully follow directions from MA/PA and other adult leaders. This helps ensure safety and enjoyment for all.
The participant is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by Church standards, camp or event safety rules, and other pertinent instructions. The participant’s conduct and interactions should abide by Church standards and exemplify Christlike behavior. Parents and participants should understand that participation in an activity is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if participants behave inappropriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.
